Do you feel like your body, life are trying communicate something to you? Perhaps is it trying to get your attention. BodyTalk sessions help to release stored burden, stress and pain taking you and your whole life story into consideration. Each session is a gentle unfolding of the stories, and limiting beliefs that leave you feeling out of synch and stuck. By focusing on the root rather than the symptom, BodyTalk finds the hidden cause so that healing can take place spontaneously, naturally at all levels - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. What to Expect in Your First Session Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. This is where we begin to look at your health and well-being from a whole-person perspective—physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. Health Intake Review (10–15 minutes) Conversation & Clarifying What’s Going On (10–20 minutes) The Session / Healing Work (30–45 minutes) The hands-on or distance session depends on the modality used (e.g., BodyTalk, Reiki, energy balancing, or integrative holistic work).During this time, you’ll simply rest comfortably, Most people describe the session as deeply calming, clarifying, or emotionally freeing. Integration & Next Steps (5–10 minutes) Total appointment time: Approximately 60–90 minutes This allows space for conversation, treatment, and grounding. Up to 90min sessions are held in my home clinic (Pembroke, Ontario) or online via zoom
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Monika Marczuk, Professional Holistic Practitioner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Monika Marczuk, Professional Holistic Practitioner . By booking a session or service, you agree to abide by these Terms. 1. Booking and Payment All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and Wave Invoice Payment confirms your appointment time/date Payment is due prior to your session Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All fees for services will be provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No Refunds will be issued after payment is made, regardless of whether the service is used or not. ** Payment Processing Fee: A $5.00 fee will be applied to all transactions per session. This fee covers payment gateway costs and administrative handling. The fee is non-refundable even if the transaction is cancelled or reversed. Late Payment Processing: A fee of $25.00 will be incurred to process delayed payments or past-due balances. 2. 48-Hour Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed if requested 48 hours prior to the appointment. You may reschedule once without penalty, subject to availability. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will result in a full charge of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of the full session fee 3. No Refund Policy Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided, including for canceled or missed appointments. This no-refund policy applies to all services, packages, and deposits. In the case of a rescheduled appointment (within the 48-hour notice period), the session fee will be applied to the new appointment date. 4. Missed Appointments If you miss your scheduled appointment (no-show), you will be charged the full session fee. Arriving late will result in a shorter session, as sessions must end at the scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.
