Sacred Connections -Healing Chakras

Service Description

In this 10 month healing journey we will take a deep dive into the Chakra system exploring it's relationship with the each of the five emotions- releasing any stored memories, traumas, emotions, beliefs and ancestral wounds that may be blocking, hindering or shutting down it's full healthy expression.  Each Chakra is a sacred energy holder that is affected by and effects the health and overall wellness of it's corresponding organ, endocrine, system, body part, as well as planet and time of life (age of development)  During each session we will delve into each chakra intimately by fully experiencing, navigating emotions through it's lens thus unraveling, repairing, restoring and revitalizing each chakra to it's fullest health potential. We will cover Chakra fundamentals( healthy/ unhealthy expression, how it may manifest in your daily life, health implications) 6 sessions per each chakra ( each emotion (5) plus  an integration session)  post session self care tips and exercises to deepen and support your process.  This is an intensive, comprehensive healing workshop for those who are ready to commit to themselves, your participation in your healing is crucial.  Only accepting 10 students Please send in your application to Instructor Monika Marczuk at monikamarczuk@gmail.com ​ ​ ​
