I'm Monika, an Internationally certified professional holistic practitioner with extensive experience in natural healing and wellness. I specialize in integrative approaches, blending traditional and alternative therapies to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve balance and optimal health through personalized, holistic care. My unique combination of healing modalities provides a comprehensive approach to supporting you where you are at on your journey to fuller health and wellness.

Here is my story.

For years, I understood these words only with my mind. Their deeper meaning revealed itself when my health declined and my home was affected by mould. My body and my life were asking me to slow down, listen and meet myself with greater compassion.

Through regular BodyTalk sessions and Self-Inquiry group work, I began peeling back years of hurt, trauma and pain. I learned to trust my intuition, care for myself with tenderness and become my own soft place to land.

As I changed, my health and life changed with me. I regained vitality, experienced profound shifts in my body, mind and spirit, and healed a long-standing skin condition.

Years ago, I thought, “There has to be another way.”

Through energy medicine, I found it—and it changed my life.
