BodyTalk is safe and can be beneficial for people of all ages, from infants, children, teenagers, adults, elderly and animals too. to the elderly. 

Coverage for BodyTalk sessions varies depending on your insurance provider and policy. Some insurance plans may offer coverage for alternative and complementary therapies, while others may not. It's essential to check with your insurance provider to determine your coverage options.

Yes,  remote BodyTalk sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Remote sessions work exactly the same as in person sessions – except your meeting over the phone, video call or some prefer to receive a recording that they can listen to when they have a moment

Remote BodyTalk sessions work similarly to in-person sessions and just as effective, rather than meeting in person, the practitioner and the client connect through various means such as phone calls, video calls, or even solely through intention. The practitioner tunes into the client's energy and facilitates the session as if they were physically present. 

Remote sessions are either audio recorded delivered to you via email, or we meet via zoom conferencing during your scheduled time.  

During a remote BodyTalk session, you can expect to discuss your health concerns or intentions with the practitioner. The practitioner may guide you through relaxation techniques and then perform the BodyTalk protocol, which involves gentle tapping on specific points of the body and accessing the innate wisdom of your body's energy system.

How should I prepare for a remote BodyTalk session?

Before your remote BodyTalk session, find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. It's helpful to have a clear intention or specific health concerns in mind to discuss with your practitioner during the session.

How long is a remote or in person BodyTalk session?

Are there any side effects of BodyTalk sessions?

BodyTalk sessions are safe and non-invasive.
